MAY HALF TERM sWIM CAMP:
TUESDAY 28TH mAY - FRIDAY 31ST MAY - 9:15-15:30
The aim of this week is to have fun with your friends and swim fast.
The week will be full of fun but we will structure the swim sessions to provide a framework for different race skills, focusing on 4 key components Reaction Time, Acceleration, Coordination and Execution of the race. The afternoon session will be RACE CLUB, where they will have an opportunity to swim fast over a range of distances.
Suitable for all swimmers with a keen eye for competition and the desire to enhance race specific skills! Open to non-members.
