There are many reasons as to why nutrition in sport is an absolute go to factor for increasing performance, in addition to the already necessary demands of the body for growth, maturation and daily healthy functioning. In partnership with Renee McGregor, author of ‘Training Food’ and the ‘Fast Fuel – Food for Success’ series we have taken a look at just how exactly one can look at nutrition to fuel and recover the body; positively influence body composition and bone health; increase consistency in training, your mood and motivation; as well as helping to reduce your risk of injury and illness.
